Lynne M. Truair CEO and Co-founder
As cofounder and CEO of Quest4Values, Lynne M. Truair brings more than 35 years of management experience in sales, finance, and administration to the organization.
Lynne’s marketing expertise spans over 25 years. As founder and president of Lokenani International, Lynne successfully managed a national sales force of over 3,000 people. As cofounder of Élan Enterprises LLC she utilized her marketing skills to bring forward training and development in the area of organizational management.
Together with Trin, Lynne has participated in creating and designing curriculum, retreats as well as programs for parents and teachers. Today she assists in the design of many of the programs parents and teachers. Because of her vast wisdom and insight into the human side of enterprise, she is also a sought after leadership coach.
