Trinidad is a former classroom teacher and internationally renowned author, keynote speaker and corporate consultant/trainer. Along with Lynne M. Truair she is co-founder of three companies, Elan Enterprises LLC, Elan Asia Pacific and the World Youth Network International (WYN).

With over 30 years in the field of human development Trinidad has focused her energies on the new frontier of Emotional and Social Literacy. Her work covers in the educational sphere includes curriculum and program development, educational consulting, keynote speaking, and professional training.

Her programs for parents, students, teachers and administrators are dedicated to preparing today’s students with the character and leadership skills equal to the challenges that humanity will face in the millennium.

Trinidad has trained over 40,000 students. Two of her books “Learning to Learn: Maximizing Your Performance Potential”, and “Operator’s Manual for Planet Earth-An Adventure For the Soul” published by Hyperion/Disney have been translated into 4 languages. “Learning to Learn” received the North American Book Award and is taught at various universities and community colleges.
